Initial Intake Package
(2 Sessions)

Your initial intake package includes two appointments. It starts with our 60-minute initial consultation, where we will take a deep-dive into your health history and symptoms, your diet and lifestyle, and your personalized health and wellness goals. At the end of this appointment, we'll schedule a 30-minute review of findings appointment for the following week where we'll discuss your initial roadmap with personalized dietary, lifestyle, supplement, and functional lab testing recommendations.

We'll evaluate progress, reset goals, and deepen food, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.
